We strive to meet our products to the highest quality standards. Every item is handmade with love and care. Because of this, each piece may vary slightly due to the individual nature.

Our goal is to satisfy everyone by exchange, refund, or repair, as outlined in this policy.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Consider us for bridal parties, sorority gifts, or your next big event. We are happy to custom make orders when possible. We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders of 15 items or more. Please contact us for more details!

 


SHIPPING

Allow 3-5 business days after you place your order for your purchase to be shipped. If you do not receive your purchase two weeks after you order please contact us immediately. We would be happy to accommodate any special requests if possible. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us before placing your order to confirm.

We send every order via USPS with a tracking number. You should expect to receive your order 3-5 days after it is shipped and can be tracked via the USPS website.   

RETURNS

If there is an issue with your order we would be happy to exchange, refund, or repair the item within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact us with any problems outside of this 30 day period and we will resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
